Event Safety

Our number one priority is the health, safety, and well-being of our attendees, sponsors, and staff. We are proactively implementing the following safety protocols. The guidelines below are subject to change at any time.

We will follow all published county and state regulations and will align with the venue’s protocols that are in effect at the time the event takes place. At all times during the event, attendees and sponsors are asked to be respectful of one-another’s space.

Safety Guidelines for Participants

Face Masks
We will adhere to local and national safety parameters, as well as adhere to each venue's safety and cleanliness policies. Each venue and location may have different guidelines regarding masks.
Temperature Checks
Routine temperature checks could be administered depending on state and local safety parameters. Each venue and location may have different guidelines regarding temperature checks.
Social Distancing
We will adhere to local and national safety parameters, as well as the specific venue's health policies.
Wash Hands
Everyone is asked to please wash their hands before and after their meetings.

Event Safety

Transportation

Transportation to and from the hotel and airport will be provided for distributors. Specific details will be provided prior to your flight to the summit.

Event Check-in and Badge Pick-Up

The hotel will be handling your hotel room check-in. That is detailed via the hotel links provided below. We do ask that once you are settled you check-in with us at registration in the lobby to pick-up your registration materials. Hand sanitizers will be readily available at all locations.

Meals

Meals and coffee breaks during the summit will be thoughtfully served. All meals will be served outside weather permitting. Buffets will be managed by attendants wearing appropriate PPE.

1:1 Meetings

Suppliers will be provided with hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes for each meeting suite.

Hospitality Suite

In addition to grab-and-go snacks, the Hospitality suite will be stocked with hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and face masks if you need them during the event.
