Event Safety

Our number one priority is the health, safety, and well-being of our attendees, sponsors, and staff. We are proactively implementing the following safety protocols. The guidelines below are subject to change at any time.

We will also adhere to local and national safety parameters, as deemed appropriate by relevant authorities, and will additionally implement health and safety guidelines to the highest extent possible with each of our venues.

Safety Guidelines for Participants

Face Masks
Every attendee, sponsor, and staff member will be required to wear a face mask at all times.
Temperature Checks
Routine temperature checks will be mandatory daily.
Social Distancing
At all times during the event, attendees and sponsors are asked to socially distance and try to remain 6 feet apart.
Wash Hands
Everyone is asked to please wash their hands before and after their meetings.
